TDP, BJP members suspended from AP Assembly
Hyderabad, Mar 14 (UNI) Nineteen TDP members and BJP floor leader G Kishen Reddy were suspended from the Andhra Pradesh Assembly for the day today for disrupting the House proceedings.
TDP Legislature Party Deputy Leader T Devender Goud and 18 other party members were suspended for obstructing the proceedings by raising slogans, demanding that the national terminal at the new international airport at Shamshabad be named after TDP founder and late Chief Minister N T Rama Rao.
Earlier in the day, Mr Reddy was suspended for disrupting the proceedings to press for a House resolution on the formation of Telangana State.
