MLA booked in fraud case
Noida, Mar 14 (UNI) Former Uttar Pradesh minister and Independent MLA Ashok Yadav and two others have been charged with fraud for alloting ten acres of land in Greater Noida through the Chief Minister's discretionary quota.
Builder Raj Kishore Verma has lodged an FIR in Noida's Sector 39 police station against Yadav and two of his accomplice under sections 420, 467, 471 and 406 of IPC.
According to the FIR, Verma had submitted a tender for the allotement of ten acres of land in Greater Noida on his firms name.
Pappu Anand and Sushil Kumar met Verma and promised him to get the land alloted through the Chief Minister's quota.
Verma alleged that Independent MLA from Shikohabad, Ashok Yadav took Rs 5 crore from him as a deposit for the land.

motivated
matter
and
added,

not
know
who
is
