SRK says Aamir's No 2 remark is great compliment
Mumbai, Mar 13 (UNI) Reacting to fellow actor Aamir Khan's tongue-in-cheek dig, labelling him as number two, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan said with his whacky humourous style that it was a great compliment for him.
On being asked to react to Aamir's widely-reported remark during a function yesterday that if he were to ask Shah Rukh Khan a question, he would ask as to how it feels to be number two, Shah Rukh said, ''Aamir is a dear friend and we respect each other's sense of humour. Even if he has said that seriously and thought that I am second to him, it's a great compliment to me.'' He said that his wife is a great Aamir fan and has warned him against saying anything funny about Aamir. ''Aamir and I are completely opposite persons. He is an intelligent, intellectual person whereas I am more of an instinctive man. I would love to share screen space with him,'' Shah Rukh said.
King
Khan
said
that
the
only
thing
common
between
them
is
that
they
share
the
same
surname
''Khan''.
He
then
said,
''I
said
I
love
K-K-K-K-K-Kiran
for
a
film
and
Aamir
loves
K-K-K-K-K-Kiran
in
his
real
life.''
Shah
Rukh
even
matched
TV

anchor
Sajid
Khan's

style
on
stage.
Sajid
said
that
he
wanted
to
be
in
the
Kolkata
team
and
wanted
to
know
from
Shah
Rukh
why
he
was
not
taken
in.
The
actor
replied,
''You
cannot
be
part
of
Kolkata
Knightriders
because
the
motto
of
the
team
is
not
just
excellence
in
life.
The
first
tenets
of
being
a
member
is
that
you
need
to
be
honest
with
integrity
and
a
good
person.''
To
which
Sajid
said,
''But
I
am
member
of
the
film
industry.''
Shah
Rukh
said,
''In
that
case,
both
of
us
are
not
fit
to
be
part
of
the
playing
team.
So
I
am
going
to
be
the
12th
man
serving
water
and
drinks.''
