Prohibitory orders issued in Shamshabad

Hyderabad, Mar 13 (UNI) In view of UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi's visit here to inaugurate the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad tomorrow, Cyberabad Commissioner of Police S Prabhakar Reddy today imposed Section 144 CrPC in Shamshabad, Rajendranagar, Maheshwaram and Saroornagar Revenue Mandals under Cyberabad Commissionerate.

In a statement he said the order, which prohibits assembly of five or more people will be effective from 0600 hours to 1800 hrs tomorrow.

He said the decision was taken after a careful review of the law and order situation in the areas to maintain peace and tranquility in the limits of Cyberabad.
