Naxal literature siezed from lawyer's house
Ambikapur , Mar 13 (UNI) In a state-wide bid to expose the nexus among white-collar professionals and Maoists, the Chhattisgarh police today claimed to have recovered Naxal literature and coded messages, having details about the outfits money flow, from an Ambikapur-based lawyer's house.
The police raided the house of lawyer Satendra Kumar Choubey and siezed from there a bundle of Naxal propaganda leaflets, Additional Superintendent of Police, Balaji Rao told newspersons here.
He said the cops had also recovered two mobile handsets, 8 SIM cards and a secretly-coded list of donors to the ultras from the raided house.
A case has been registered under the Special Chhattisgarh Public Safety Act, 2005 against the lawyer who was absconding since the raid, he added.
