Mumbai, Mar 13 (UNI) The Bengal tiger, Saurav Ganguly, today asserted that he would claw back into the Indian ODI team.
Expressing anguish over being left out of the victories ODI team Down Under, the former Indian Captain today said, ''I have done well in both formats of the game. I am 35 and will get a chance again.'' Ganguly, now leading Actor Shah Rukh Khan owned Kolkota Knightriders, was addressing a press conference convened by the bollywood star.
Ganguly, who could not hide his disappointment over his exclusion in the recently concluded one day series against Australia, said, ''For whatever reasons I was left out of the side, I hope Dilip (Vengarsakar, BCCI Selection Committee Chairman) is watching this press conference.'' He was responding to a question that only Sachin Tendulkar had scored runs in the opening slot.
To a question on which IPL team he sees as a fierce competitor, Ganguly that said all the teams looked strong and the competition beginning from April 18 looked pretty strong.
