Deora, Chavan, Reddy among 11 Congress candidates for RS polls

New Delhi, Mar 13 : The Congress Party on Thursday released a list of eleven candidates for the biennial elections to the Rajya Sabha.

They include Union Minister Murali Deora, Prithviraj Chavan, T. Subbarami Reddy and G K Vasan besides senior party leader Motilal Vora.

Releasing the list to the media, Congress spokesperson Shakil Ahmed said that another list of the candidates would be released soon. Extending party's good wishes to the Party President Sonia Gandhi on completion of her 10 years as party Chief, Shakil Ahmed said that she has successfully led the Congress from a difficult phase to greater heights.
