'Blasts meant to pressurize incoming govt'
Lahore, Mar 12, 2008 : Addressing a new conference after the twin suicide blasts that rocked Pakistan"s Lahore city on March 11, that killed at least 24 people and injured around 170 people, Pakistan"s interior Ministry spokesman has asked the provincial governments to review their security plans and improve their intelligence operations.
Condemning the blasts, Cheema said that the terrorists were aiming for disrupting the onset of democracy in the country.
