Shriram bags Rs 120 cr orders from DJB

New Delhi, Mar 10 (UNI) Shriram EPC today said it has received four contracts worth Rs 120 crore from the Delhi Jal Board (DJB).

''DJB has awarded three contracts worth Rs 77 crore, while another order is worth Rs 43 crore,'' a company statement said.

The company, in joint venture with Hong Kong-based CPT Asia Holding Ltd has received three orders from the DJB for the rehabilitation of trunk servers.

The second order is for Rs 43 crore, and will be executed in joint venture with Abu Dhabi-based KMG Pipe Rehabilitation Emirates for the rehabilitation of the Ring Road trunk Sewer - Slice A.

''The recent business wins will further strengthen our order book which stood at Rs 2,279.2 crore as of December 31, 2007. The operating environment remains conducive, which combined with our growth-drive points towards a strong outlook for the future,'' company's MD and CEO T Shivaraman said.
