Gorakhpur, Mar 9 (UNI) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today said it would highlight the differences between 'value-based,' 'traditional' and 'individualistic' parties in the upcoming Lok Sabha election.

BJP spokesperson and party's Nagaland and Goa in charge Rajeev Pratap Runi, during the second day of UP BJP working committee's meet here said ''there are two kinds of parties in India. One is 'value based' and has strong cadre, while another is individualistic' and 'caste-based'.'' While, the BJP and the Left were value-based parties, Congress, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and Samajwadi Party (SP) fell under the category of individualistics, the BJP leader alleged.

The BJP had decided to raise this issue in the approaching poll, he maintained.

He further claimed that the BJP is the emerging party of today, as the Congress is taking a back seat.

Making scathing attack on Dr Manmohan Singh, the BJP said he was not only 'the weakest Prime Minister', but also had demeaned the post.

The BJP spokesperson also appealed to elderly party leaders in Uttar Pradesh to hand-over some responsibilties to the youth.

''The party should keep an eye on the upcoming Lok Sabha election...in order to win, the youth party leaders should be given more responsibilties,'' Mr Runi noted, adding the youth workers a chance to prove themselves.
