Krasinski, Rudolph sign on for Mendes pic
Washington, Mar 7 : John Krasinski and Maya Rudolph have signed on to star in Sam Mendes' as yet-untitled relationship comedy.
The Focus Features pic also stars Cheryl Hines.
The movie follows an expectant couple, to be played by Krasinski and Rudolph, as they move around the country looking for the perfect place to raise their family.
Mendes will be directing from a script penned by author Dave Eggers and his wife, editor-novelist Vendela Vida.
Ed Saxon is producing alongside Big Beach's Marc Turtletaub and Peter Saraf, reports Variety.
Shooting for the movie is set to start in April this year in Connecticut.
Krasinski will next be seen opposite George Clooney in the period sports comedy "Leatherheads."
