Haryana Janhit Congress not to contest Raj Assembly elections
Bikaner, Mar 7 (UNI) Haryana Janhit Congress President Kuldip Singh Vishnoi has said his party was not interested in contesting next Assembly elections in Rajasthan.
Talking to reporters in Nokha near here last evening, Mr Vishnoi, son of Former Haryana Chief Minister Bhajan Lal, said his party was presently concentrating its efforts and resources in Haryana only and it did not intend to participate in Assembly elections in Rajasthan which were due to be held by November later this year.
However, the party, a Congress breakaway group, could consider any proposal for extending support to a potential anti-Congress party to defeat the latter, Mr Vishnoi added.
