Bangalore, Mar 4(UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the Weather Office here at 0830hrs today.
Dry weather prevailed over the State.
Maximum temperatures changed little over the State. They were above normal at most places being appreciably so at many places over Coastal Karnataka and remained normal over Interior Karnataka.
Gulbarga recorded the highest maximum temperature of 37.2 Degree Celsius over the State.
Minimum temperatures changed little over the State. They were appreciably below normal at most places over South Interior Karnataka, below normal at many places over North Interior Karnataka and at a few places over Coastal Karnataka.
Chamarajanagar recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 9 Degree Celsius over the State.
Forecast valid until Sunday morning: Mainly dry weather will prevail over the State.
Farmers Weather Bulletin: Mainly dry weather will prevail over all the districts of the State.
Local forecast: Mainly clear sky. Surface winds will be strong and gusty at times. Maximum and Minimum temperature likely to be around 32 and 17 Degree Celsius respectively.
