Vaddeswaram (Andhra Pradesh), Mar 6: A very thin 'water veil' similar to a transparent sheet of vinyl has proved to be effective in stimulating metabolism and promoting blood circulation, according to Prof Y Nakayamma of Future Technology Research Institute, University of Tokyo.
Delivering the keynote address on 'Visualisation of mind-water veil applied for health equipment,' at an international seminar on 'Recent advances in experimental flow mechanics' at the Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering here, Prof Nakayamma claimed they had successfully produced thin water veil by shaping a double-disk nozzle to accelerate water flow.
The human mind can be refreshed and relaxed by being inside the water veil. Analysis of experiments and the brain wave data generated using Emotion Spectrum Analysis showed the water veil was very useful to recover freshness and heal the mind and the body.
Prof Nakayamma also said they had developed double-disk nozzles of 'stand' and 'hang' types to create the veil. The treatment would regulate blood circulation, improve skin surface and prevent ageing, he claimed. Stating human emotional state was manifested as correlations among brain wave signals, he said the water veil would be adjusted to correct the wave signals and remove stress.
Prof Nakayamma said the system would be useful for the health, preventive medical and healing industries and called upon health professionals to use this method to clear stress of mind and body.
