Warangal, Mar 3 (UNI) Eighty students, who lost their fathers at the hands of Naxalites, have been given scholarships to help them continue education.
District Superintendent of Police Soumya Mishra gave away the scholarships instituted by the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation (RGF). A total of Rs 3.20 lakh were distributed to the wards of victims of naxal menace in the district.
Ms Mishra said ''the scholarships would help them continue education, which was terminated due to financial constraints.'' UNI BR JJ SR ND1924
