Sigourney Weaver's advice for budding actors
London, Mar 2 : After gathering an experience of more than three decades in the Hollywood industry, actress Sigourney Weaver has offered some words of wisdom for budding actors.
Speaking at the New York premiere of her new film, 'Vantage Point,' the 58-year-old actress said that determination and self-confidence are important to become a successful actor. "I think perseverance is probably the most important thing," The Daily Snack quoted Weaver, as saying.
"When you go for an audition, just pretend that you have the part and play the hell out of the role for 10 minutes, and then, don't worry.
"Everyone has their own timetable, and sometimes it seems like everyone's getting lucky instead of you, but just have faith in yourself and hang in there," she added.
