Hyderabad, Feb 27 (UNI) As part of its strategy to bring location based services to a larger consumer base, Nokia India today showcased its navigation devices portfolio and shared future plans in this area.
Nokia had a strong product portfolio, from dedicated navigation products to extensive smart devices, covering different segments of consumers.
At present, it had five devices with integrated GPS, Nokia 6110, Nokia N82, Nokia E90 Communicator, Nokia N95 and N95 8GB.
In a statement here, Nokia India Head (GTM, Program Portfolio and Categories) Raghuvesh Sarup said ''With GPS and navigation services expanding rapidly into mobile communication devices, the industry is poised to grow.'' ''We are committed to deliver more services to our consumers.
We will make maps and navigation a standard feature in a number of Nokia mobile devices,'' he added.
