38 officials, 8 doctors suspended in Kashmir
Srinagar, Feb 27 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir government suspended 42 officials inclding eight doctors after they were found absent from duty.
An official spokesman said the District Development Commissioner (DDC) Shopian during an inspection of Sub-district hospital Keller, placed 8 doctors and 30 para-medics of the hospital under suspension after they were found absent from duty today.
He also issued orders for suspension of four employees of sub-district agriculture office, Keller, who were also found unauthorisedly absent from duty.
Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Shopian and Sub-divisional Agriculture Officer Keller have been appointed as enquiry officers and asked to submit their report within seven days.
