Nashik, Feb 26 (UNI) The Nashik unit of Shiv Sena today observed a 'whip' agitation as a part of its statewide agitation for loan waiver to indebted farmers of the state.
Shiv Sena metropolitan chief Arjun Tile, leader Sunil Bagal and various other office bearers and activists participated in the agitation, held near the Shiv Sena head office at Shalimar Chowk in the city. The Shiv Sena is demanding complete waiver of loans to the farmers in the state. A grand rally of Shiv Sena Executive President Uddhav Thackeray was held in Dhule yesterday.
The Shiv Sena activists shouted various slogans and also whipped a symbolic effigy of the state government.
