People have been betrayed in rail budget: BJYM
Ranchi, Feb 26 (UNI) Expressing dissatisfaction at the rail budget, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha today said the people of Jharkhand have been betrayed in the budget.
BJYM's national secretary Sanjeev Chourasia said the budget reflected the Centre's 'step-motherly' attitude as no new train had been introduced.
Refering to the ongoing railway projects, he said Rail Minister Lalu Prasad had failed to make any announcement regarding completion of the projects in the state.
Meanwhile, welcoming the rail minister's announcement of opening a central railway hospital in Ranchi, Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee general secretary Shailesh Sinha said that people would be greatly benefitted with the set up of the hospital.
