Night temperature dips in Punjab
Jalandhar, Feb 26: After showing tremendous rise, the night temperature again dropped in Punjab.
According to a Defence spokesperson, the minumum temperature at Admapur Air Force Station, near here dropped to 5.4 degees Celsius. The night temperature in the holy city of Amritsar moved down to 7.0 degrees Celsius, while at Halwara Airforce station near Ludhiana it dipped to 6.0 degrees Celsius.
In Pathankot, the minumum recorded was 7.6 degees Celsius, whereas, in Bathinda, the night temperature settled at 9.0 degrees Celsius.
The Defence Met Section has predicted mist and haze in the morning and fine to fair weather during the day in the next 24 hours.
