Jaipur, Feb 24 (UNI) Athens Olympic silver medalist Rajyavardan Singh Rathore has said "I am concentrating on Olympic and my preparation is good".
Rathore,-a double trap shooter who is here to participate in the Asian clay Shooting Championship said "I have been practicing at Tuglakabagh in New Delhi under coach Josh lakatos from us and I am satisfied with my pracitce. Indian shooters have good chance there".
He said, Ahmed Al Makhtum of Kuwait, Hub Bin Yuan of China, Ellar of US and Denialo of Italy would give me good fight in Olympics to be held in Beijing in August this year.
''The standard of the Asian Clay shooting is not good becasue main shooters of Kuwait, Qatar and UAE are not coming while China and Korean team did not take part'', said ace shooter.
He said I have won this championship four times consecutively from 2002 to 2005. Though the standard of the championship is poor but competition is competition, he said.
''Result was not important of this champioship but it would be good for me as olympic preparations,'' he added.
Replying to a question he said weather conditions is not important in Olympic but it would be same for UAE, Kuwait and Qatar as Indian shooters.
He said Ajay Mittal, Sangram Singh, Kanan and Asher Noria are the most talented shooters of the country.
''If the state government would invite me for giving services here then I would be ready to be here'', he added.
