LG Governor's Cup to tee-off tomorrow

New Delhi, Feb 22 (UNI) The Qutub Golf Course will host the annual Lt Governor's Cup 2008 which will tee off here tomorrow.

The prestigious two-day competition, will see around 250 golfers vying for honours. The cream of the corporate world along with top bureaucrats with the Lt Governor of Delhi Tejedra Khanna himself leading the field which includes H'ble Justice Supreme Court of India Aftab Alam, Dy Chairman Planning Commission Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Member Planning Commission BK Chaturvedi, Justice Vikramjit Sen, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Sureesh Mehta and DDA Finance Member Nand Lal who has incidentally won the CAG Cup thrice amongst others.

Former Asian Games gold medalist Amit Luthra, defending champion Lt Col Ajai Singh, industrialists Hari Govind Singhania, Gopal Ansal and Pawan Munjal will also be seen in action.
