Talking to newspersons here today, CITU City Secretary M Ahmed said the state government had failed to fulfil its poll promises of welfare schemes and development programmes.
The government also failed to accomplish its poll promises like house sites to poor, filling 2.5 lakh vacant posts in various departments, filling 1.20 lakh SC, ST and BC backlog posts and 25 paise interest loans for women's organisations under special schemes, he said.
