An HP minister to be at Dharamshala round the year: Dhumal
Dharamshala, Feb 21 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal today said his government was considering stationing at least one state minister here in rotation throughout the year to listen to public grievances.
Addressing mediapersons here, he said a minister would be present here all round the year in rotation to listen to the grievances of the people, besides taking the government nearer to the people.
Mr Dhumal, here on a winter sojourn from Friday last, said he himself would be available for the public to hear their grievances besides running the state's administration from here.
''I will be meeting the public in the forenoon and afternoon every working day during my stay here, except on non working days and meetings,'' he added.
The Chief Minister said a Cabinet meeting would also be held tomorrow followed by other important meetings in the days to come.
