3 UP dacoits held in Madhya Pradesh

Satna (MP), Feb 20: Three dacoits hailing from Manikpur, Uttar Pradesh, were arrested from the Bichhian forest under Majhgavan police station area of Madhya Pradesh's Satna district, police said today.

On a tip-off, dacoits Gohar, Raju Kol and Bhaskar Choudhary, who were members of the Radhe Kurmi gang, were arrested yesterday and three rifles and 40 live cartridges were recovered from them, City Superintendent of Police Shashank Garg said.

Uttar Pradesh police had already declared a reward of Rs 70,000 on the dacoit gang led by Radhe Kurmi active in the border area of UP and Madhya Pradesh.

A report from Chitrakoot(UP) said Gohar, Raju Kol and Bhaskar, associates of slaim outlaw Dadua, carried a reward of Rs 25,000, Rs 20,000 and Rs 5,000 respectively.
