Etawah, Feb 18 (UNI) Claiming to be a 'strong alternative' of the non-Congress and non-Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), United National Progressive Alliance (UNPA) today said it was capable of forming the next government at the Centre.
During UNPA's grand 'Kisan Rally' here, speakers charged the Congress led-United Progressive Alliance (UPA) regime at the Centre with promoting 'anti-farmer' policies.
Terming UPA a party of big industrialists, they alleged ''the policies of the Congress are dangerous for farmers and labourers.
During the regime of Congress led-UPA government, only industrialists are making money, while penury is coercing peasants to commit suicide.'' The UNPA leaders in unison announced to fight the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections under the leadership of Mulayam Singh Yadav.
They claimed that UNPA will get rip-roaring victory in the Lok Sabha polls and form the government at the Centre, which would work for the betterment of poors, farmers, labourers and unemployed youth.
