Rupee opens firm at 39.645/655 per USD

Mumbai, Feb 18: The Rupee gained about three paise against US Dollar to open at 39.645/655 per dollar from its previous close of 39.67/68 per dollar on fresh inflows in the equity market. The local unit gained on firm note in early trade and was trading with a difference of four to five paise against the greenback, dealers said.
