Delhi police solves kidnapping case, abductors held
New Delhi, Feb 18 (UNI) The Delhi Police today claimed to have solved a case of kidnapping for ransom of Rs one crore by arresting two abductors in this connection.
They said Mintoo Kumar Singh (20) and Santosh Kumar Singh (19), both residents of Bihar, were arrested following a complaint by Ramkishan that his brother Chander Pal, an employee of a Gurgaon-based company, had gone missing on February 10.
Later, the company owner Manoj Yadav received a ransom note demanding Rs one crore for the release of his employee.
He was also threatened that if he did not pay the ransom, his son too would be abducted and killed.
The abductors killed Chander Pal when he tried to resist.
Police have arrested the two and recovered the body.
Further investigations are on.
