Congress to fight against Left in Tripura : Chavan
Agartala, Feb 18 (UNI) AICC general secretary and Minister of state in PMO Prithiviraj Chavan today made it clear that even as the Left parties support the UPA government at the Centre, the Congress would continue its effort to set up an anti-left government.
''I want to make it clear that we are united on the basis of the common minimum programme (CMP) in our fight against communalism, but it does not mean that we will give them a walkover in the state polls,'' Chavan told media here ahead of February 23 Tripura Assembly elections.

bright
because
the
party
was
united
and
mentioned,
''The
united
face
of
the
leaders
in
the
state
has
generated
much
expectation
among
the
people
who
feel
that
the
party
would
be
able
to
develop
the
state
and
solve
the
problems
in
the
