Dhaka, Feb 17 (UNI) Bangladesh caretaker government's Chief Adviser Dr Fakhruddin Ahmed will attend the 11th Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC) summit in Senegal from March 13 to 14.
Dr Ahmed, head of the military-backed caretaker government would leave Dhaka on March 10 for London en route to Dakar, it was officialy announced today.
''He will stay for two days in London,'' CA's Press Secretary Syed Fahim Munaim told a press briefing today.
Senegal was supposed to take over the OIC chairmanship from Malaysia in 2006, but it was delayed due to unfinished preparations on part of the grouping of the Muslim countries.
