AIADMK organises mini-marathon in Pondy

Puducherry, Feb 17: The local unit of the AIADMK today organised a mini-marathon for students as part of the birthday celebrations of party supremo J Jayalalithaa.

Flagging off the marathon, Party state secretary A Anbazhagan said while boys and girls above 18 years, would have to run six km, those below 14 years should cover three km.

Vanamasha Arun and Nandini bagged the first prize for Under-8 in the boys and girls events respectively, while Raghavan and Maheswari won the first prize in U-14 category.
