CR to run two special trains
Mumbai, Feb 16 (UNI) Central Railway will run two special trains between Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) and Karwar and back, to clear the extra rush of passengers.
The special train no 109 will leave CST at 2355 hrs on February 29, and reach Karwar the next day at 1400 hrs, while another train no 110 will leave Karwar on March 1 at 1500 hrs and reach CST at 0420 hrs the next day, Central Railway said in a release here today.
The trains in both the directions will halt at Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Sangameshwar, Ratnagiri, Vilawade, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Nandgaon, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal, Sawantwadi Road, Pernem, Thivim, Karmali, Madgaon, Cancona and Asnoti stations, the release said and added that the trains will have 17 coaches including one AC 3 tier, 12 sleeper class, 2 general second class and 2 general second class cum luggage vans.
The reservation for these trains will begin at all computerised Reservation Centres from February 19, the release added.
