Court rejects Aamir's plea for brother's custody
Mumbai, Feb 16 (UNI) A local court here today rejected Bollywood star Aamir Khan's plea for custody of his brother Faizal.
The court, while rejecting Aamir Khan's plea, observed that Faizal, was completely fit to look after himself.
Aamir had moved an application in the court of the Metropolitan Magistrate at Bandra seeking Faizal's custody saying the latter required to be looked after because of his mental condition. But the court said Faizal was free to stay wherever he wanted.
Faizal's counsel countered Aamir Khan's application by claiming that Faizal was mentally and physically fit and that he was capable of taking care of himself.
However, Aamir had claimed that Faizal was schizophrenic and needed to be looked after.
