'ManU's Ronaldo playing on another planet'

By Staff
London, Feb.15 : Manchester United football captain Gary Nevilled believes that his Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo is playing in an altogether different zone from others, and has warned opponents Arsenal to expect the worst when they square off for a place in the in the quarter-finals at Old Trafford tomorrow evening.

Neville is insisting that s wing wizard Ronaldo ranks alongside other Red Devils legends like Eric Cantona, Roy Keane and David Beckham.
"In terms of entertainment, performance and production, the player that we're watching now is every bit as good as anything I've seen. He's playing on another planet at the moment," The Sun quoted Neville, as saying.

Ronaldo is just five goals short of George Best's incredible tally of 32 during the 1967-68 season and looks likely to beat it.

Yet it is his willingness to work hard for the team which has really impressed Neville.

The defender added: "His goal tally is exceptional but the most impressive thing is the appreciation he has for playing in a team. His passing, dribbling and crossing are all carefully selected and completed at the right times."

Meanwhile, Neville's fellow defender John O'Shea reckons Wayne Rooney's return from a ban will give United a huge lift.
