London, February 15 : Sir Paul McCartney's bitter divorce battle with his estranged wife Heather Mills, which was expected to end today, will continue next week.
Court officials have revealed that the hearing on Mills's demands over Sir Paul's reputed 825million-pound fortune and who will take custody and care of their four-year-old daughter Beatrice has been scheduled for Monday.
They said that Justice Bennett, who is presiding over the hearing, would decide during the hearing whether he has heard enough to be able to give a ruling on the conditions to be imposed on the warring couple.
His judgment, which will follow in a few weeks, will be binding on both McCartney and Mills, reports the Mirror.
The couple will, however, still have a chance to file an appeal against the ruling in a Court of Appeal.
