James Blunt wants to retire in Ireland
Washington, Feb 15 : Pop rock star James Blunt has revealed that he wants to retire in Ireland because of the nation's fondness for music.
The 33-year-old singer admitted in an interview with Dublin's FM 104 radio station that he's most comfortable in Ireland and would love to set up house there when he retires.
"Absolutely. Irish people have music in their blood. The audiences want to be part of it," Contactmusic quoted Blunt, as saying.
The 'You're Beautiful' star also revealed that his first tour as a musician was in Ireland with a keyboard player five years ago.
"The reason we did it was because Ireland is a place that enjoys music. It was a very exciting time for me," he added.
