The classes will be an essential part of the ReIndia Expo experience for those who are new to the industry or simply want to learn more and stay up to date.
Some of the classes available to ReIndia Expo attendees include: -- Color Cartridge Component Cleaning - Scott Nabers, technical support specialist for Future Graphics will demonstrate the proper handling and cleaning of components for many of the most profitable cartridges on the market today.
In addition, Nabers will guide you through quick, easy and cost-effective methods for remanufacturing the Samsung CLP 300 color cartridges. This process will be demonstrated using the latest patent-pending fixtures and tools that make remanufacturing this product highly profitable.
-- Prevention of Toner Inhalation - Prafulla Ruiwale with Indigo Imaging Supplies will examine current refilling methods used in India, health hazard warnings, the selection of technology for cartridge cleaning, comparisons and concerns regarding the environment.
-- Practical Applications of the Electrophotographic Process - In this class Static Control Components will present the basics of electrophotography used in monochrome and color laser cartridges. Attendees will learn cartridge theory and the function of each critical component.
Understanding the seven steps of the electrophotographic process provides the foundation to improving remanufacturing processes and quality. Attendees will learn how to apply the principles learned to quickly troubleshoot cartridge defects.
