Anant Raj to raise $300 million via GDR
New Delhi, Feb 14 (UNI) Anant Raj Industries Ltd today said it has opened its GDR issue and expects to raise upto 300 million dollars from this offering.
Each GDR represents one share in the company and the GDRs will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, said a statement.
