Agartala, Feb 13 (UNI) Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar has alleged that opposition Congress and INPT have a close nexus with banned militant outfits and urged the voters to elect Left Front for the fourth consecutive term, to fight terrorism and bring development.

Addressing the party workers in the election rallies in North and Dhalai districts the Chief Minister urged the people not to vote the Congress and Indigenous Nationalist Party of Tripura(INPT)and said, ''INPT leaders are puppet in the hands of militants and unfortunately, has forged alliance with them to come in power.'' Referring to the claims made by the Congress leaders, Mr Sarkar said the party was very sympathetic towards the militants and their political mask INPT, who had been trying to destroy the ethnic fabric of Tripura.
