Red Ribbon Express reaches Patna junction
Patna, Feb 13 (UNI) With a view to spreading awareness about AIDS and highlighting the need for change in the people's mentality and attitude, the Red Ribbon Express today reached the Patna railway station.
Inaugrating the train, MP Ram Kripal Yadav said, ''There is an urgent need for creating mass awareness on AIDS, especially among the younger generation and women who are vulnerable to the chronic disease so the society can be saved from further disaster.'' He claimed that the UPA government at the Centre was committed to the development of the health scenario in the country.
