DGCA public interface facility inaugurated
New Delhi, Feb 13 (UNI) A public interface facility in the office of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) was inaugurated today to address problems ranging from status of application by airlines to queries from trainee pilots.
The facility is computerised to help in tracking of files, receiving application and fees for RTI and addressing queries and clarifications from the different departments of DGCA.
It will be attended by officials from the different units of the DGCA which have interactive business relating to different aviation related matters with the public.
The facility was inaugurated by Civil Aviation Secretary Ashok Chawla.
