Crompton Graeaves acquires 40% stake in Pauwels Trafo
New Delhi, Feb 13 (UNI) Crompton Greaves Ltd today said it has acquired its Joint Venture Partner's 40 per cent voting share capital in PT Pauwels Trafo Asia, Indonesia, for 10.70 million dollars through its subsidiary CG International BV Netherlands.
With this acquisition of shares, Crompton now owns 100 per cent of the voting share capital in Pauwels, said a company statement.
