Delhi: Student stabs another in Central School

New Delhi, Feb 11: A class XI student of the Central School in Delhi Cantt was admitted to the hospital after being alleged stabbed by a colleague in the school premises.

Rahul Dev was admitted to the Deendayal Upadhyay Hospital following the incident at Kendriya Vidhyalaya No 1 this afternoon and was presently out of danger, said the police, adding it was a quarrel between two students. Denying that there was any complaint lodged from the school or case registered, police said, "We were intimated by the hospital about it at about 1350 hrs".

Sources said the stabbing took place after the victim allegedly used objectionable language concerning a relative of the accused, his classmate. Another student of the school reportedly told the media that he saw the stabbing taking place after an argument between the two students.
