London, Feb 10 : Amy Winehouse's jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil has vowed to turn his back on his family and has written a letter to the singer - begging her not to divorce him.
Fielder-Civil tearfully handed the anguished love letter to the pop star in a bid to save their marriage during a prison rendezvous last week.
Fielder-Civil's mother Georgette told how her son blasted drugged-up Amy for sleeping during jail visits and branded her dad Mitch the Fat Controller, accusing him of her addiction.
However, the 24-year-old singer, accompanied by her dad during the visit, broke down and wept as she read the note.
In over two handwritten pages, he explained what he had told his mum, begged Amy not to divorce him and vowed to disown his family.
"Baby, oh darling. Please don't leave me Amy. I'm so worried that now you're thinking straight you'll realise I'm not worthy of you. Oh God, please don't leave me. I'll do anything to show you my heart and loyalty is with you," New of the World quoted Fielder-Civil, as stating in the letter.
"I did tell my mum how you fell asleep on visits ... and although sometimes I think your dad hurts me unnecessarily I love him and respect him.
"Me and my family are finished for good. No visits, phone calls, nothing.
"I love my new family and can't wait to show them I'm not just a f****** loser and that I can look after their daughter. That's if you can find it in your heart to trust me.
"Your my family now, if you'll all have me. Pls don't leave me Amy, Pls. I love you so much, Blake xxx," he added.
