Spot rate of silver and gold inched up

{image-gold01 70 70_09022008.jpg news.oneindia.in}Mumbai, Feb 9: Spot rate of silver and gold inched up today on better buying support, with silver moved up by Rs 130 per kg and gold by Rs 115 per ten gm in the closing session, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association (BBA) said.

Following are the closing rates of spot silver and gold: Silver (per kg) 999 fineness grade : Rs 21,500 (21,370) Gold (per 10 gm) Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 11,825 (11,710) Gold 99.9 purity pure gold : Rs 11,880 (11,760).
