Cow urine made into pesticide in Gorakhpur
Gorakhpur, Feb 8, 2008: The world's first ever pesticide made from cow urine, an outcome of diligent effort of two professors from Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, in India's northern Uttar Pradesh, will soon come into commercial use.
With the latest development, researchers feel that the cow urine will work as nutrition for crops and that too without inflicting any harmful affect on them unlike synthetic pesticides.
