Large heroin haul from Nadia

Krishnagar, Feb 8: The CID's Narcotics cell today raided Boro Chandghar village under Kaligunj police station and recovered 775 grams of heroin worth approximately Rs 1.5 crores in the international market.

Official sources said one Sherful Mondol was arrested. He hailed from Kulgachi village under Tehatta police station area. The sleuths also seized a mobile phone and a bicycle from him. Sources said narcotics are frequently recovered from both villages.

UNI
