Hindustan Latex sets up Hindlabs Diagnostic Centre

New Delhi, Feb 8 (UNI) Hindustan Latex (HLL) has set up hindlabs the Diagnostic Centre to provide quality diagnostic services to the CGHS beneficiaries at CGHS rates and outside patients at affordable rates.

Health Minister A Ramadoss would inaugurated the hindlabs tomorrow which has bene set up by HLL, a mini ratna enterprise under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, in partnership with the Central Government Health Scheme. It would start functioning from tomorrow and have two major facilities which include a Clinical specimen testing lab to deliver Pathology, Haematology and Biochemistry tests. It would be equipped with Automatic Cell counter for Haematology, Semi auto Biochemistry Analyser, Electrolyte Analyser, Elisa Reader and Plate Washer and auxiliary equipments like incubator, hot air oven.

The Diagnostic Imaging facility would be provided with High Frequency X-Ray to deliver low dose high clarity X- ray imaging, Ultrasound Scanner and ECG machine.

The operation of the centre and customer interfaces will be integrated through laboratory management software, which will be capable of Patient registration, Billing, Report entry and issual and generation of reports.
