IDS enters West-African hospitality industry
Bangalore, Feb 5 (UNI) IDS Softwares Private Limited, a global leader providing integrated IT solutions for hospitality industry, today announced its entry into the West-African market by bagging its first order from the New Coco Beach Resort, Ghana, on the Atlantic Coast of West-Africa.
The New Coco Beach Resort, located on the beachfront of Ghana's capital Accra, was seeking solutions that would integrate all operations for their 75-room property. It was owned by an equal partnership of Ghanaian, English and Dutch concerns, according to a release here.
The IDS selected for providing a cost effective and Integrated Property Management system for mid segment hotels, designed to increase productivity, revenues and customer satisfaction.
The IDS solution enables flexible functionality, stability in operations and scalability in business.
The company had tied up with KOIOS International, a local IT enterprise, for sales and technical support for the Ghana market.
The company's Global Support Center at Bangalore would offer second line support to its customers while the R and D centre would design and develop products and solutions.
